When you have a complaint about psychiatry in The Netherlands (in the Arkin.nl Mentrum.nl companies at least), you are referred to the 'Patient Trustee Person' or your own 'psychiatric law lawyer', or the psychiatric complaints comission.

None of these sources of legal aid are real. They are all shams, as has been proven to me over and over again.

But it basically means that you are facing multiple psychiatrists, with a 'voorzitter' (who is a lawyer, not a judge) who represents the psychiatrists' interests of seeing the patient lose the case.

The lawyer of the patient is present, but either plays long with the psychiatrists' lies and interruptions of a patient's statements,
which usually drives the patient to madness (since we are neither hypocritics like the psychiatrists are, nor liar-hypocrites like the psychiatrists' complaints commission voorzitter is, during those meetings).

I suspect that the reason for all this lying and interrupting of the patient, is that psychiatrists do not like to have to call their insurance company for payout of illegal incarceration money to patients.
And conditions inside the mental hospital, even the modern hotel-like ones, are so incredibly bad, that patients are actually harmed severely during every (weeks to months long!) stay in there.

We are also discouraged by means of cyberwarfare against our honest and legitimate companies, to be holding psychiatry and the anti-psychotics producers to account and claim damages money from them.
Many patients here are just perfect citizens who will harm no-one unless severely driven into a corner.

In addition, police and psychiatric companies/hospitals/prisons share no data with eachother, so i am forced to take this as public as the law allows me.
And of course, turn it into a platform for psychiatric patients in every country on Earth.

Also, patients of Mentrum.nl and Arkin.nl are never given any indication how long a forced stay will last.
Psychiatric staff refuses to read our argumentation that we send in by email, lawyers, patient trustee persons are useless to us, and the complaints commission will reply with a 'verdict' that only increases the lies told about you as a patient, to solidify the psychiatic "diagnosis". All simply because we are usually not 9-to-5 workers, but live with the power of the lightbulb and the internet at irregular hours of the day.

I, Rene AJM Veerman, have been held inside mental hospitals on false charges, or invalid charges, or for much longer than i wanted or needed to stay in such a place, many times, during the period 2002-2022.
And i want my damages money, Mentrum.nl and Arkin.nl.
Or i'll expose you in wider and wider social media and mass media circles.
